A book celebrating slow fashion and inspired by Arizona’s 5 C’s, this project was 70 pages of knitting and crochet patterns, photography and content supplied by local artisans.

Less Traveled Yarn is a small batch artisan yarn shop local to Phoenix, Arizona and inspired by desert landscapes and city life.

The concept for this project was to layout fourteen custom knit and crochet patterns submitted by local artists and inspired by the “5 C’s” of Arizona.

Arizona is known for its desert landscapes and hearty climate. Lesser known is the “5 C’s” as locals lovingly refer to Arizona’s major exports and offerings: Copper, Cotton, Cattle, Citrus and Climate.
